i thought it would be really really boring if i made both this and the next track have the same mixing style AND i thought it really didn't sound good with everything together so i had an idea!!
that's right, using only what's already here, i made two distinct versions of the big battle theme. each one focuses on different aspects of the song. in this one, the melody (of course) and the main harmony track are in huge focus. the melody is from the japanese version. why is that important?
well in the japanese version the melody jumps up an octave after the intro, in the US version it doesn't
you'll hear what i mean when the next track kicks in
aa fuck i want to talk about it but that's stupid because you're still only here and i don't want to spoil anything
i think both this and the next track have only 4 square waves active - this one i'm almost positive has the US melody square and the japanese, uh, well "left" harmony (you'll hear it in the next track) muted
bigger battle has the japanese melody and US harmony tracks muted.
seriously just wait til the next track it's gonna blow your fuckin dome;;
a drunken dare between stemage and every demon in marble hell results in the most mind boggling adaptation of the marble madness soundtrack also i did one of the songs on this album get it Kirby Pufocia
find a metroid, fill it with lead. sometimes sludgy, sometimes peppy, always time-signaturey and syncopatey, always very heavy and riff-driven, you will love it or my name's not freddy mercury Kirby Pufocia
let's be real here, if the phrase post-rock zelda remix album didn't just make you shit your pants there's really no point in pretending you still like music Kirby Pufocia
